Basic caravan, only available over peak period to 15 January. Sleeps up to 4 people.

One small caravan (Yellow and white) and large enclosed deck. (The white caravan is not included in the hire)
- Suitable for 2-3 adults, but a maximum of 4 people can stay
- The caravan consists of a queen size bed and a small double bed, with pillows provided
- Running cold water only (connected to sewage), electric jug, toaster, pot frying pan and serving dishes provided
- Basic cutlery, plates, cups, wine glasses, coffee plunger provided
- BBQ – The bbq has a deep dish. You must leave the BBQ clean upon your departure
- Use of an all weather deck with bi-folds & roll up plastic blinds and outdoor furniture
- Please: No smoking on the deck or in the caravan
- Clothes line on fence
BRING ALL BEDDING – Linen, blanket/duvets, towels, toiletries, etc. Pillows are provided.
Linen hire available – $25 per person
AVAILABLE FROM 1 DECEMBER TO 15 JANUARY ONLY (not available to rent for the remainder of the year)
One-off cleaning fee applies to all bookings: $20
Rate: $80 per night for 1st two people, $15 per person thereafter
No linen provided and no smoking on the deck or in the caravan please. There is a small clothes line on the fence.
